ABOUT THE DEVELOPER Mr. Raymond Chen Mr. Chen is a business intelligence professional with 11 years of information technology experience. After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, he began his career at Sybase, Inc. There he acquired a technical and analytical background in corporate reporting, training and seasoning with front to back web application development, and hands-on experience with datawarehouses. Mr. Chen left Sybase to join BigVine, Inc., an internet bartering company. Although only there for a short period of time, it was there that he continued his datawarehousing exposure and learned the technical skills for implementing the E.piphany CRM application. Seeing an opportunity to expand on implementing E.piphany at other companies, he left BigVine to join a new company, i-loft, Inc. Mr. Chen implemented out-of-box as well as custom-built E.piphany instances at numerous companies. He then went on to continue implementation services as an independent. His skills include intranet/internet site development, information delivery architecture design and implementation with third-party and custom-built tools, customer relationship management systems, database marketing, and enterprise business intelligence/analytical applications. With experience with the market leader databases, extensive knowledge of analytical reporting methodology, and expertise of web architectures, Mr. Chen's talents are prime for his work with the E.piphany suite and client support.
